Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to appear for the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit (Deposits are non-refundable, but your deposit can carry over to a rescheduled Custom or Up for Grabs appointment). A new deposit will be required to reschedule. (Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances). **Tardiness Policy:** - Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will need to be rescheduled. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. **Touch-Up Policy:** - Free touch ups are not available for Flash pieces. (But we can do a touch up when you are in shop for other work.) **Deposit Policy:** - The amount to cover the cost of the Flash tattoo is the deposit. ALL deposits are non-refundable due to previous instances of clients not adhering to our policies.
