About the Artist
I started my tattooing journey in 2019 when I got an apprenticeship in Fernley, NV at Lucid Dreams Tattoo (Shop has since moved to Alabama).
I trained under the shop owner and when I moved back to Reno I began working part time in a small shop in the heart of Reno on Wells Ave while also working part time in Senior Care and then eventually settling into Veterinary Medicine.
In Jan 2023 we merged with another shop and integrated with another team of artists. By Oct 2023 I decided to move on to another small shop in the Midtown area.
Then, in Jan 2025 I made the decision to open my own private studio, Dollhouse Ink. It wasn't until Mar 2026 that I finally decided to take the plunge and tattoo full time. It has been such a blessing and I absolutely love what I do!
Fun Facts
- I met my partner Vito in High School theater back in 2009 and we became friends. We stayed friends, talking on and off for about 10 years before finally pursuing a relationship in October of 2019. Now 7 years in we are still going strong and building our life together. We love Bob's Burgers, Star Wars, LOTR, Harry Potter, Halo, DnD, and much more.
- I have two wonderful dogs: Sabine and Leia (Yes, they are named after Star Wars characters.
Sabine is a Ridgeback/Boxer mix and Leia is a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix
- I used to be a competitive swimmer, my favorite stroke was Butterfly.
- I LOVE the cold! Even when I was a kid I hated the heat and loved the cold.
- I am naturally blonde.
- I am a musician. I sing, play guitar, piano, djembe, cajon, saxophone and oboe.
- I have many hobbies: knitting, painting, needlepoint, sculpting, reading, photography, writing, etc.
- I am very allergic to mosquitos (see pic of my swollen leg) as well as chocolate/cocoa.
- Both sides of my family owned and operated cattle ranches. One in Wyoming and one in California.
- My favorite animal is a Cow but I love all animals (maybe not bugs, but animals).
- My dad and I are besties. He sometimes comes to the shop so some of you might have met him! He was a musician in a band and then a worship pastor. He is super supportive and loves meeting my clients!
