All sales are final. If the card (or image - name must be the same as on ID) is not presented at the time of appointment then it cannot be redeemed and it will be utilized to pay the artist for their time.
If the scheduled session is canceled, rescheduled (outside of the reschedule policy window of 72hrs) or client is a No Call No Show then the Gift Card will be void and utilized to pay the artist for their time.
